What Information Do We Collect?

  • Data Decoupling & Segregation We store your personal data separately from your genetic and phenotypic data. This architectural separation ensures that individuals cannot be identified solely through their biological or trait-based information.
  • Anonymized Identification System
    Specifically, our system assigns you a randomized ID to represent your identity. Your genetic and phenotypic data are identified by entirely different, unique strings and are housed in distinct, isolated databases separate from your personal profile.
  • Independent Audit Logs All data access logs are stored on independent, dedicated servers to provide an additional layer of security and to ensure the integrity of our audit trails.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

  • End-to-End Anonymization
    Throughout the entire testing process, all sensitive personal data (such as phone numbers, addresses, and names) is strictly anonymized. Our laboratory personnel work exclusively with randomized system identifiers, ensuring they have no way of linking genetic data to a specific individual.
  • Dedicated Information Security Committee EboScience maintains a dedicated Information Security Committee that oversees our rigorous defense protocols. We conduct regular vulnerability scanning and security penetration testing to proactively identify and neutralize potential risks.
